We engage in programs such as EDI, JIT, TQM and KanBan. We utilize sophisticated engineering software (CAD, CAM, CAE) and are able to work with most file formats.

Engineering Software
Autodesk Mechanical Desktop allows our engineers to design parts and assemblies as parametric, feature-based, solid models. Autodesk Inventor is an assembly oriented design system that greatly enhances our CAD capabilities when working with large assemblies. Like Mechanical Desktop, Inventor uses parametric, feature-based, solid models and has added capabilities such as adaptivity, sheet metal layout, and assembly specific functionality. EdgeCAM directly machines solid models and automates the NC programming process and is fully integrated with Mechanical Desktop. Jetcam is a sheet metal CAM package that is used to create NC programs for our turret punch presses.
